The figures give an overview of which institutional sectors hold and issue the securities that are registered with VPS. The
value of quoted shares was NOK 1 827 billion at the end of the 4th quarter of 2015; an increase of 4.3 per cent compared to
the end of the previous quarter. The statistics also provide an overview of bonds and commercial papers issued by Norwegian
borrowers abroad.
