Listed enterprises had NOK 9.6 billion in profit before taxes in the third quarter of the year. This gave a 2.8 per cent operating profit margin, down from 9.1 per cent from the same quarter of 2014.

Compared to the previous quarter, the operating profit margin went down 8.3 per cent. The operating margin was 9.1 per cent in the third quarter of 2015, representing a decline of 2 percentage points from the corresponding quarter of 2014, and 4.5 percentage points from the previous quarter.

The share of enterprises with a deficit before taxes was 38 per cent in the third quarter of 2015. The corresponding share in the same quarter last year was 26 per cent.
