¹The statistics includes alle persons wich has a right and/or a duty to Norwegian for adult immigrants who has participated in Norwegian during the year. The statistics also includes asylum seekers wich lives in special asylum houses. Statistics Norway do not have the national official identity number for the asylum seekers, therefore there is a quite large group with missing background informations in the statistics.
