Increase in transport costs

The total cost index for road goods transport increased by 0.2 per cent from August to September 2015. Over the last 12 months the total costs have increased by 0.4 per cent.

The insurance cost index increased by 4.8 per cent during the last month. During the last 12 months this index has increased by 5.6 per cent.

Increase in fuel prices

The fuel index increased by 1.3 per cent during the last month. From September 2014 to September 2015 this sub-index decreased by 7.7 per cent.

Decrease in capital costs

The index for capital costs decreased by 1.5 per cent from August to September 2015. Over the last 12 months this sub-index has increased by 0.7 per cent.

Decrease in repair and service costs

The sub-index for repair and service costs decreased by 0.2 per cent last month. In the last 12 months this sub-index has increased by 3.0 per cent.
