Living conditions

This report presents a framework for the measurement of quality of life, in connection with the preparation of a national strategy for quality of life.

This study aims to provide the most representative picture possible of the living conditions of war children.

Cash-for care policies are contested in many contexts, as they represent an incentive for childrearing over work that may reduce labour market participation, especially among immigrant women.

This report discusses the extent of humanitarian needs in Norway, and which population groups that are the most vulnerable.

In March 2021 Statistics Norway (SSB) conducted a national survey on Quality of Life. The main purpose of the survey was to get knowledge on Norwegian’s quality of life, and study differences between population groups.
