More than 1 million out-patient consultations

In 2004, more than 1 million out-patient consultations were carried out in psychiatric institutions. An increase of more than 7 per cent, but the growth is not as strong as the last couple of years. Man-years by physicians, psychologists and other well-educated personnel is also growing. The number of beds for children and adolescents is stable, but for adults the decrease continues.
