More qualified personnel - more out-patient consultations
The growth in psychiatric staffing, measured in man-years, is lower than the last couple of years. But there are more physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists, qualified nurses and other college trained nursing and therapy personnel among the staffing. More qualified personnel is part of the explanation of the strong growth in the number of out-patient consultations, an increase of more than 17 per cent.
