8 118 dwellings were registered started during the first four months of 2004. This is an increase by 13.8 per cent compared to the same period last year. Much of the increase is due to incomplete registration of dwellings in the municipality of Oslo in April last year.

982 600 square meters of utility floor space were started for dwelling purposes in the first four months of the year, an increase of 6.7 per cent compared with the same period last year.

Revised figures
