32 per cent of enterprises survived five years

32 per cent of the newly established enterprises in 2001 survived into 2006. The average number of persons employed in the surviving enterprises increased fourfold.

Newly established enterprises in 2001 survived in 2002-2006 by legal form

The survival rates of newly established enterprises in 2002-2005 are at the same level as the corresponding survival rates of newly established enterprises in 2001.

These figures include all enterprises except agriculture, forestry, fishing and general government.
