Decrease in export price of fresh salmon

In the period from March 19th – March 25th the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 65.12 per kilo, down 4.2 per cent compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 19 138 tonnes in the period March 19th – March 25th. This is 7.1 per cent more than in the previous week, March 12th – March 18th, when exported volume was 17 862 tonnes.

Norway exported 281 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 58.33 per kilo in the period March 19th – March 25th.
