Man-years in Child Welfare Services From 2023, numbers have been reported for man-years that meet the competence requirement in the Child Welfare Act (bvl) §15-6. To fulfill the competence requirement employees in the Child Welfare Services must before 1 January 2031 either have a) a child welfare master's degree or other relevant education at the equivalent level, or b) a relevant bachelor's degree as well as at least four years' work experience from Child Welfare Services and child welfare or other relevant further education with at least 30 credits. The figure is published per municipality in the statistics variable: Man-years that meet the competence requirement of the bvl § 15-6. Starting from the year 2023.
