Migrations between Oslo and Akershus are not included in this calculation. The reason for this is that the migration between Oslo and Akershus is so much more extensive than the migration between other counties. The national measure of ‘migrations between the counties’ would therefore be skewed if the moves between Oslo and Akershus were included.
